About South East Fabricators
Established in 2008, South East Fabricators Ltd (SEFAB) is a family-owned business based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, specialising in the manufacture of flashings, trims, gutters, and rainwater goods for the roofing and cladding industry.
While our capabilities have grown to include architectural and bespoke fabrication solutions, roofing and cladding remains at the core of our business, underpinned by a continued commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.
Our sales team takes the time to understand each customer’s requirements, providing a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. We are committed to delivering strong technical advice and a personal approach, whether you are a contractor, general builder, or working on a domestic project.

Collections & Deliveries
Orders can be collected from our workshop, or delivered directly to your chosen location.
We deliver using our own dedicated transport fleet or via trusted courier partners to ensure a reliable service.
How we work
You can contact us by telephone, email, WhatsApp, or by visiting us in person to discuss your requirements. Our team will be pleased to talk through your options and provide technical guidance where needed.
To process your enquiry, detailed technical drawings (such as CAD files) are not always required—site sketches or basic drawings are often sufficient. Our friendly sales team will advise if any additional information is needed.
Where appropriate, we can also provide examples of our previous work to demonstrate our capabilities and finished products. If required, we can produce mock-ups or samples for your review.

Health & Safety
At SEFAB we take the health and safety of our employees, visitors and customers very seriously. We employ an external Health & Safety consultant to inspect our works and working procedures every six months and advise on any areas for improvement.
All team members undergo a rigorous induction and training exercise before they start working for the company and must carry out regular refresher training throughout their employment. Workshop team members receive regular training in safe working practices and the proper use of equipment and machinery.
Our large mechanical machinery complies with current Health and Safety standards and are serviced by the trained engineers at their advised servicing schedule.
