FLAT SHEETS STOCK
While primarily used in the manufacture of flashings, our extensive range of flat sheet materials and fabrication expertise enables us to produce a wide variety of bespoke components to meet the needs of any project.
All of our sheet materials are available as full sheets or can be cut, folded, and processed to your exact specifications, providing a tailored solution for your project requirements.
To ensure fast and efficient production, we maintain a substantial on-site stock of flat sheet materials, enabling us to manufacture products with minimal lead times.
We consistently hold over 130 tonnes of sheet stock in a wide range of materials, colours, finishes, and thicknesses to support a variety of project requirements.
Most sheets are stocked in standard 3m x 1.25m formats, with some variations depending on material type and specification.
If a specific requirement is not available from stock, we work closely with trusted supply partners to source the required materials quickly and reliably.

- Mill Finish Aluminium: 0.7mm – 4.0mm
- Pre-finished Aluminium: 0.9mm – 2.0mm (limited colour range)
- Pre-galvanised Steel: 0.5mm – 4.0mm
- Mild Steel: 1.0mm – 3.0mm
- Stainless Steel: 1.0mm – 3.0mm

Flat Sheet related FAQ’s
Yes, you can purchase any of our stock flat sheets. Also, if we don’t stock the material/colour that you require, we are usually able to source it from our suppliers within short lead times.
Most of our stock sheets are 3m long and between 1.22m and 1.25m wide. A limited number of materials and colours are kept in 4m x 1.25m.
We can cut the sheets using out guillotines into your required sizes. Send us a cutting list and we’ll work everything out for you.
