We can fold custom profile designs, assisting you where necessary, advising on any folding limitations and cover size.
Custom Hand Press Sheets
Many older buildings are clad with profiles that are no longer in production, making it virtually impossible to source suitable replacement sheets off the shelf for repair work.
Using our CNC profiling equipment, we can accurately replicate existing sheet profiles, allowing you to replace only the damaged or missing sections rather than undertaking a full roof or cladding replacement. This provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for maintaining and restoring existing structures.
To manufacture a precise match, we require details of the existing sheet profile, material, finish, and colour. If the profile is unknown, simply provide accurate measurements and we will identify it for you.

There are some capability limitations with our machinery, but we can hand press most box profile sheet profiles.
Unfortunately, we are unable to produce corrugated sheets.
We can identify the sheet profile for you. We will require a few sheet dimensions and then we can identify the manufacturer and profile.
We typically manufacture the sheets in lengths up to 3.0m. For a limited range of materials and finishes, we can manufacture up to 3.6m in length.
